Excusing Absences
To excuse an absence from school:
- The digital Request to Excuse a Student Absence Parentsquare form linked below must be filled out online within 2 days of returning to school for the absence to be excused. It may NOT be emailed.
- Filling out the absence form does not guarantee an excused absence.
- Only a legal guardian may fill out the absence forms.
- Any absence over 15 days requires official documentation.
Early check out procedures - coming soon!
Check Out Procedures:
- A digital Early Check-Out Parentsquare form linked below is REQUIRED when a student needs to drive/walk off campus during school hours.
- Form must be completed by 10am on the day of the early check out. NEW – parents can now submit early check out forms up to one week prior.
- Emails and phone calls will not be accepted to check-out early.
- Students being checked out by a parent do not need an early dismissal form. Parent must come into the front office and present a valid ID. Only designees listed on the student’s emergency contact list will be allowed to remove a student from school.
