Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who can check out my student? 

Anyone attempting to check out a student MUST be on the approved checkout list in eSchoolPlus.  Not sure who is on the list?  You can look in your students’ HOME ACCESS CENTER.  We can also help you.  Give us a call!

2. What documents need to be submitted to submit an advanced checkout time? 

A copy of your driver’s license is emailed to the email listed above (and must be on the approved list).

3. What is the cutoff time for checkouts?  

On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, Checkouts are not honored after 3:15 PM.  On Wednesdays (or any early release schedule): Checkouts are not honored after 2:15 PM. 

4. Why is my student marked unexcused after early dismissal? 

Students are marked unexcused until a note from a doctor is submitted.  Remember – you have up to 48 hours after the absence to submit your documentation.  

5. How do I turn in the excused notes from a medical appointment? 

Students can submit them to the box outside the Dean’s office at the bottom of B hall or you can simply email them to the email address above.  

 6. After 15 days, why are my child’s absences not marked excused when a note was submitted?

Per district guidelines, after 15 days, only notes from a doctor will be honored as excused.
